Beverage Production Line

The production process of a beverage bottle has about 3 stages:

• Preliminary processing, preparation (mixing ingredients, recipes, etc.)
• Filling and capping stage
• Post-packaging stage

In which, the first 2 stages of using machines have high difficulty and secrecy because of the related technology and recipes, and stage 3 (after packaging) only needs a single machine to complete, not too difficult in terms of equipment. technical side.

3/ Machinery and equipment in the post-packaging stage

Some typical devices:

• Autoclave sterilizer for the second sterilization phase.
• Provide equipment at the request of the buyer with post-packaging solutions such as equipment for labeling, labeling, film wrapping, cartoning, palletizing machines, transportation systems…
