The information has just been announced by business leaders at a meeting of the President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Pham Tan Cong at Number One Hau Giang drinking water factory in Song Hau Industrial Park, District Chau Thanh.

Mr. Tong Nhan Ton – Factory Director said that the total capacity of 4 factories of Tan Hiep Phat Group reached 2 billion liters of healthy drinking water and carbonated soft drinks per year. The group is equipped with 10 Aseptic lines (non-neutral technology from GEA, Germany) with a total investment of more than 300 million USD, each line has a capacity of 36,000-48,000 bottles per hour.

In October 2021, the group invested VND 100 billion in a plastic recycling plant and put it into operation and considers this a key solution to promote the circular economy. The plant’s HDPE recycling capacity reaches 3,600 tons per year. From the scraps in the production process, the factory has recycled into flakes, granules and produced products from HDPE. Factory scale of 10,000 m2, phase 1, has 50 workers, working 24/24.

“We both recycle scrap to serve the group’s production and recycle for other companies. Tan Hiep Phat considers these important initial steps, and wishes to expand this model. , ready to invite other units to join”, Mr. Ton said.

Ms. Tran Ngoc Bich – Deputy General Director of Tan Hiep Phat Group, said that since 2001, the group has started manufacturing and trading in drinking water. The unit has a system of packaging factories, so all its product packaging is supplied by the unit itself. This is to control the entire product quality.

Tan Hiep Phat has more than 200,000 points of sale, covering more than 90% of the domestic market, exporting to 18 countries. At the same time, the unit has 3,500 direct employees and 10,000 indirect employees nationwide.
