About us
Who we are?
Asia has become a hot spot for plastic pollution due to rapid urbanization and a rising middle class, according to a World Bank blog post published on April 6 this year. But local waste management infrastructure has failed to keep up, resulting in a lot of waste being mismanaged. According to a series of World Bank studies, more than 75 percent of the material value of recyclable plastic has been lost in major Southeast Asian countries, which equates to $6 billion worth of plastic being used once a year instead of being recycled and reused.
In these countries, only 18 to 28 percent of recyclable plastic is collected and reused, and most of the discarded plastic packaging not only pollutes the environment, but also loses its value to these economies.
It therefore calls for changes in the way plastics are used and managed to help countries transition to a circular economy. Currently, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia have developed circular economy roadmaps to prioritize policies related to plastics and to invest in targeted industries and regions. Leading global brands and retailers have made a voluntary commitment to make 100% of plastic packaging reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025.
We, HOP company, absorb foreign experience, and foreign plastic recycling technology provider cooperation, committed to Vietnam, and strive to become a plastic recycling solution provider, become a plastic environmental protection pioneer expansion
